Cut off for same-day dispatch is 11AM (Monday to Friday). Please allow 2 days from dispatch before asking for tracking, almost all our orders arrive within 1-2 days from dispatch. We also offer international tracked shipping to all EU countries. Usually takes 3 to 7 days to arrive to most countries. You can request tracking at any time (recommended for international orders in case you need to pay import/customs fees on the package which happens sometimes). RESHIP POLICY: UK orders - we use tracked postage for all orders so if your order gets lost in transit we will send a FULL reship. Only exception is that we cannot offer any reship if tracking says 'returned to sender' because this means the address you provided was incorrect/unsuitable. International customers can get either 50% reship or 50% refund if the package doesn't arrive after 21 days.
